I've been enjoying the pep/sausage XLNY's from Papa Murphy's. The price like doubles if you try to customize anything, though, so I jazz it up at home. When I'm ready to cook it I'll add a few cloves of sliced garlic, 3-4 diced green onions, chili flakes, and dried herbs. When it's ready to eat sometimes I'll add some jarred sliced pepperoncinis to the top, too.

Pretty sure. You may want to check out your local one, but I see options for "Topping Cheese" (their standard), "Herb and Cheese Blend" (default on a couple, but can be swapped in), and Mozzarella. I agree that it's probably their weakest ingredient, so if you keep parmesan or something else decent in your fridge, grate a decent amount of that on top before you bake it. Incidentally, that's one of the reasons I like them. It's a once every month or two weeknight option and I almost always go for something simple (and cheap) and then spruce it up at home.

If I want to take everyone out for pizza, we go to this non-chain italian place near me and fork over the dough for something that beats the pants off any other joint in town.
