The only problem I have with British food is that it's a lot like British skies: beige, beige and more beige. Just look at the OP pic:

All that said, most pork-based British food isn't actually all that bad. Sausage rolls and pork pies are tits and faggots actually taste nice. Going into seafood: cockles and whelks are both pretty good, especially since Brits aren't afraid of garlic anymore. Fish and chips is lovely. Skink is just delicious. British-style kegeree(sp?) is really fucking good (although a really rather odd breakfast choice).
Q for Brits (or those familiar with Brit food): wtf is that shepherd's/cottage pie thing but with creamed haddock in it instead of beef or mutton/lamb? That thing's good af, too.

That said its hard to guess, I don't know what types you'd normally find in america.
