I'm trying to get into spicy foods. How am I meant to use this stuff while cooking? I make a lot of meat and rice with vegetables, should I add it while it's frying in the pan or after? Also, chili flakes, can they be eaten raw or they meant to be cooked?

if you put regular red pepper flakes in oil like sesame oil while cooking it will infuse a lot of heat into whatever youre cooking

I only bought it because I heard about it on here, here scotch bonnet wasn't too spicy either. However, if I bite into an actual one of These peppers is made from it nearly killed me. Is The sauce meant to be a lot more mild than the peppers it's made from?
