yes, actually, the strawberry version. If you don’t have that you can sub four loko any type but sour blue razz preferred. if you don’t have four loko you can sub Dom Perignon 1996 which can be found under $400 these days which is a steal

It depends on the dish. Ver jus is a non alcoholic cooking wine that fucking rules. Also if it's just for building a sauce u can use stock and a little lemon juice.
