Ive had many over the years- from northern to southern iraq, and in kabul afghanistan. The northern iraqi had bigger portions, but the afghani ones had a spiciness level to them that was just on the verge of too hot. Like just where it is still satisfying and doesnt ruin the food. I have had schwarma from wicked unsanitary looking 10 sq foot "shops" and in dining establishments. I liked them all
