Ok faggots, listen up. I'm overnight maintenance at Walmart. This isn't really that hard.
First, guard the spill with cone and a person so no one walks into it. There's always one.
Next, surround the spill with absorbent so it doesn't spread.
Now, here's the trick. Get some cardboard boxes and flatten them. Use them to build a bridge from clean floor to the glass. Now clean up the glass using boxes for larger pieces andebags for the oil soked bits and pieces.
Use a broom to comb out smaller pieces from the oil.
Now that its mostly oil and fine glass shards, grab the scrubber. Only use the vacuum system to suck up the oil.
Use the ring of absorbent to dry the floor of any excess. Add more if need be then sweep it up.
Finally, run the scrubber over it with the pads down and emitting soap.
Done.
Clean and sfe floor.

I don't post in those threads, but every time I scroll past one it seems like a third of the replies are telling him to fuck off. There are a lot of things that happened on /ck/ in the past, let's say, 5 years that made it worse than what it used to be (in;b4 it was never good), but the cat blog pretty much put the nail in the coffin for old fashioned OC. He basically created a narrative that slowly convinced newfriends that if you don't post in his cringy reddit safe space there's no point in posting OC at all. I know you're pretty new if you're defending the cat blog guy, but imagine a time when all the BA, Ragusa, Wiens, and Kimmy threads were replaced by anons just posting their OC. Just stop and imagine how different of a board that would be. Yeah, the threads died faster because they weren't kept alive with off topic cat pics, and anons were brutal in their criticisms - but you could be brutal in one post and then give actual advice in your next post because you're drunk, but also a professional cook, and this used to be 4chan.

Hardcore keto with zero carbs does require autism, but ketosis is real and it is helpful especially with controlling appetite and weight. I don't do it because carbs are delicious even if they are nutritionally worthless, but I do like the other things associated with keto like fasting. I do omad in the evening when I want to lose weight, maybe fast one day of the week, and intermittent fasting where I only eat in the later half of the day for maintenance. I don't know enough about the keto community to be certain about that. I've done keto to lose weight before (also have done fairly high carb diets), but I definitely never figured I'd adhere to keto once done with the weight loss (we're talking 10-20 lbs not like 200). It really just simplifies things so well and satiates you to the point that it's easy to only eat the bare minimum energy and nutrients you need without wanting more than that. But otherwise it's a pretty sucky diet. People really should focus on cutting out refined sugars/carbs rather than all carbs.

Usually I get really great smoked bacon from the deli (as in not prepackaged overly salted to hide the bad quality stuff), but since I usually order through Instacart, this peppered bacon came in as a replacement. It was not very good. I don't like black pepper that much in the first place, so it kind of ruins it for me. There is a Mexican store nearby that sells beef cheek at a low price, which I've used for stew and was incredible. I just haven't looked into/learned about curing at home.
