Why tf do the eggs never cook on the top part of the white, is there some sort of black magic that does into making sunny side up eggs please help

Had the same issue. Lower the temperature and let the eggs sit longer. They’ll cook all the way through to the top.

I cook my eggs in butter and use a spoon to spoon the hot butter onto the top of the egg while cooking it.

Then i flip my egg over for ~10-20 seconds since i like mine over medium.
