I tried it and it was pretty bad and tastes nothing like a normal whopper. Thankfully the cheese overpowered it so I was able to eat about 2/3 of it before I ‘saved it for leftovers’ and ended up never eating. I don’t recommend it for anything other than curiosity.

I honestly couldnt tell the difference but I also cant tell the difference between many products people swear they can. For example, coca cola and pepsi

Why are you white people so obsessed with overprocessed chemical bean patties?

If you want to be vegan, more power to you. Eat real, natural foods. Overprocessed foods = guaranteed cancer.

Not going to get pulled into some debate but this isn't for vegans. It's for the rest of us. If I cant tell the difference and it's better for the environment and comparable in nutrition then sure I'll opt to get it. Sounds like most people can tell the difference though so maybe it's a failure

because they're more expensive than beef, trendier, and signal our virtues of being white

>I cant tell the difference

That's because you white people are used to shit bland food and have shit tastebud development. It literally tastes like a bean patty.

This is true. Only white tastelets think pea protein patties taste anything like real beef.

the whole fake meat fad is literally proof that white people have inferior taste buds and can’t tell the difference between processed beans and real meat.

I tried it. I don't eat a ton of burgers so maybe I'm off, but it did taste like a typical burger to me. The caveat is that the patty's very thin compared to nor

Tastes like grill. Like the char. Also the meat juice they cook it on. Very dense texture. Not inedible, but not anything special.

The flavor’s okay, but there’s this bizarre peanut aftertaste that can be unpleasant.
Texture’s fine, but the burger is extremely dry.
As an American I expect a certain amount of grease with my greasy fast food and I didn’t get it.
