For me it's Alain Passard, a French 3 Michelin star chef who is the most passionate cook I've ever witnessed.
He talks about cooking with such eloquence and simplicity.
I just love that nigga

Chefs don't get awarded Michelin stars, restaurants do.

You're absolutely mistaken and absolutely american.
Michelin stars are awarded to the HEAD CHEFS who create every dish featured in the restaurants that are judged.
Hence why you attribute the Michelin stars to the one cook responsible for the food that's evaluated by Michelin inspectors.

My mom, because everything she made was great.

Except for the barszcz, which I never liked but she and dad did so we had it every week.

That's a list of chefs whose restaurants got a star while they were leading them, but it doesn't imply that the stars are given to the chefs. In fact they are not, and the Michelin guide does not mention the chefs.

They were awarded a star only thanks to the head chef who conceptualized and produced wonderful foods...
What would happen if a three Michelin star restaurant lost its head chef overnight and didn't have any other cook as skillfull as the previous chef?
It would lose its stars in a second.
Because it's not about the restaurant on its own, it is about the very chefs who produce exeptional dishes worthy of international praise, no matter what establishment they are related to.

Incorrect.
Do some research.
Restaurants are awarded stars, not chefs.
Now go back to your junk food / YouTube threads.

Granted, but you still claimed something untrue and tried to be all smug about it. Eat a dick.

Nope.
It would be re-evaluated on the next Michelin visit but would retain its stars in the mean time.
Now fuck off with your ignorant bullshit, you clearly don't know what you're on about.
Retard.

You're doing such a thing by claiming restaurants instead of chefs are the detentors of Michelin stars.
