tfw you're cooking some food at 4am and after you're done you see some mold on the side of the bread that isn't supposed to be expired for two more days.
Wasted time on money right there, need to find something else to eat now.

>> No.13134040

just eat it you little bitch, it's not gonna kill you.

>> No.13134048

cut around it retard
worst case scenario you throw it back up and your body goes back to being fat and lazy as usual

>> No.13134053

I'd throw it away too. With bread, if there's a small patch of visible mold that means there's a ton of it well hidden. Look it up on Google, it explains it much better than me.

That's what I've learned too, there's a lot of stuff you can just cut then mold away, but bread is not one of those things.

Yea, usually with sandwich bread it's never out long enough to where mold would grow, but for some reason ciabatta rolls seem to mold quite fast.

And yet here we are. That should be reason enough to not worry about it.

I even bought this bread just 5 days ago, it's not supposed to be moldy already.

Hmm maybe you just got a bad loaf? Do you keep it out on a counter? In the fridge? Cabinet?

I do a twist and tuck on the bread bag, but I'm home take it to the store to complain tomorrow.

Where did you get the bread from?

>> No.13134243

>>13134241
A local grocery store.

>> No.13134245

>>13134231
Yes but do you leave outside like on a table, or inside the fridge, or inside a cabinet? I bet keeping it somewhere dark would cause it to mold much quicker.

On the kitchen counter, they tend to last for about two weeks normally so I probably just got unlucky.

maybe you should shop somewhere else

If you're suffering from depression, the book 'Feeling Good' by MD David Burns can help.
It's about cognitive-behavioral therapy, a successful treatment for depression, dealing with negative thinking patterns.

(if you don't want to use Mediafire, look for it on libgen.is - it's a good site for PDFs in general - browse/download at your own discretion).

Also listen to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qmDwl2-IZEk
It's an audiobook of 'Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway' by Susan Jeffers, a self-help book on overcoming anxiety.

You can also try some St. John's Wort (it's a plant) tea for immediate relief (I mix mine with Melissa for the calming effect).

It might also be nice to learn to meditate, as it can relieve your mind of negative thoughts. nperov.com for learning materials.

Or maybe you just have a vitamin D defficiency, see >>/sci/thread/S10221251 Go get some sun.
