I'll feel free to judge the fuck out of the people who spend their lunch - a time where they should get the fuck out of the office and maybe see sunshine for half a second - reheating 5 day old slop in the gangbanged break room microwave just so they can run back to their desk and do more work while hunched over their computer.

Not to mention those people are ALWAYS the ones who whiiiiiiine to anyone who will listen about how they work harder than everyone else and that Steve from marketing took an extra 10 minutes getting back last week.

>>13104604
>Two thirds of your paycheck
Alright, if you're THAT fucking poor, I guess you can have a prep-pass, but if a $5 meal or something is really two-thirds of your paycheck, holy fuck, get a real job. If you're making $75 for two weeks of work, time to quit.

>Not preparing meals seven days in advance is contrarian
No, most normal people don't want to eat seven day old food.
Those frozen meals are shit and I would give the same advice to anyone who eats them to instead eat something that requires very little or no preparation like a cold cut sandwich, a bowl of low sugar cereal, a piece of fruit etc.

meal prep is a food safe nightmare

No restaurant with a food safety license would prep food that far ahead and keep it for an entire fucking week.

All you have to do is cook the meats, and FREEZE them.

Veggies you can cook on the day, or even eat raw.

Starches such as potatoes are good for a 2 days, if not eaten within that time. It should also be frozen.

Prep with a mix of veggies, meat, and starch as shown without freezing the food would result in spoilage.

Is this why white people always shit themselves with diarrhea?

Ideally, you would be spending almost no money on food outside a grocery store (by yourself, that is) with a little thinking and discipline.

You work too hard to throw away your pay on something so regular. Shit adds up fast

Mainly breakfast so i can get up and go quicker. Not to mention the meal is less than $1 and tastes great since you can do whatever you want.

I don't get the hate for meal prep. It saves a shit ton of money and you don't necessarily have to make the same thing everyday. All it takes is a few hours once a week to do it too. Seems like most of the anti-preppers are just extremely uncreative people who think you need to just make a shitty casserole and throw it in a container.

Also the people trying to model all meal prep after retarded /fit/fags are retarded.

Take more days off. If you are really doing 60 hrs a week, chances are that your employer relies on you very heavily. You have more leverage than you think. Just start staying home some days and using your vacuum sealer or streaming tv shows. If your boss calls and demands to know where you are, just say you'll be in some day soon and then hang up. You have the power. Use it.

Nah, unless the chicken is in a liquid, reheating it creates some weird off flavors. Baked, bbq'd, grilled, fried leftover chicken is best eaten cold. I mentioned that in another thread and other posters agreed with me (one even brought up some chemical explanation for it) so it's real.
