It comes from my parents. My dad has made hot sauce for me every summer since I was a little kid.

-The other thing about it is you're not always going to get to use that stuff right away. As you're cooking, it is sometimes tricky to make hot sauce that actually works. For that, you can use the store bought stuff you already have in your pantry or at the supermarket. I like to use hot sauce from my hot sauce packets because it works and smells good. I've found that the heat of the hot sauce does go down if you mix that with regular hot sauce.


Hot sauce and chicken:


When I think of chicken, I think of the kind my dad made. He has been making it for many years now, so it's a good start to start.


Ingredients – 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless


6 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed


6-7 cups chicken stock


2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce


1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
