They used to have these in the grocery store around the corner when I was a kid! (In NYC, weirdly enough, not Canada...)

There were these shortbread sandwich cookies with cream between the layers and fruit gel in the middle that looked a little like tiny linzer tarts. They came in a few flavors: lemon, key lime, raspberry, and I think peach at some point? But they were one of my favorite things when I was little.

They also had the chocolate chip cookies, but man, those little shortbreads... I miss those so much. I remember crying rather inconsolably when the store stopped selling them. (Gimme a break, I was like 5 lmao.)
