As far as I can tell Grandma and Sicillian is the same thing, Detroit style is similar but differentiated because of the crust like I said, what makes Detroit style a thing is the lack of an actual crust and just crispy well done cheese that goes all the way to the edge, that's really it and the thing that makes it good, it's also really crispy because it's baked in oily ass metal pans

I've lived in a few different countries and you need to remember chains vary alot. In the US dominos is trash, but living in the UK dominos was the best chain. UK pizzahut is awful but US pizza hut is pretty decent.

Papa John's was the first pizza chain that I encountered which called a 14" pizza "large." This was back in the '90s when they arrived in my state. Prior to that it was known that a large was 16". I have always avoided Papa John's for this reason.

As for Pizza Hut, it was ok way back in the day when they did not deliver and you ate there. Since then, it has been awful.
