Sometimes it's nice to keep it simple.

Sapporo Ichiban chicken ramen, Kadoya sesame oil, and fresh ground white pepper. That's all. Usually, I add eggs, meat, veggies, and a spoonful of some kind of Huy Fong sauce (the chili garlic most frequently).

What little touches like this do you do? Doesn't have to be ramen.

I use the same brand of ramen. I add some scallions, sesame oil, and leftover pulled chicken on there. And some sambal.
