they have their place, but nobody really trusts them unless they've been around that spot a long time

there's a guy around here that the health officials can't catch and fine him for his infractions, solely because by the time the bureaucracy paperwork is finished he's hopped to the next town, he knows this and does a cycle.

some street food is really good though but it has nothing to do with being street food, people running these could make better food in a proper kitchen but with enough food traffic they make more money this way
