Unless your diet includes vast amounts of estrogen, no. I'm guessing you want a dainty figure so you would probably want a vegetarian-based diet, with an absolute minimum of meat if you must, so that you are still getting your nutritional requirements but not "bulking" on the fats and protein which comes with meat, so that your figure is dainty as possible, and that you are limiting your calorie intake (women require fewer calories than men, generally).
