Why the hell do europeans eat "sour soup"? It's literally one of the worst types of food you could eat.
At least normal soup can look and taste good, but sour soup looks like vomit, and tastes just as bad. Especially when it's with chicken.
Making chicken sour soup is essentially just a waste of meat.
