okay everyone seems to be sure they won't do permanent damage to my tastebuds but if that's the case, why do brown people find white people food bland then? i don't find white people food bland at all so the only reason they'd find it bland would be either

a) their taste buds are fundamentally different from mine
2) all that spicy food they eat left them unable to enjoy european food.

I eat extremely spicy foods (casually much on ghost peppers with supper) and still feel I can taste many subtle flavours in many things and also greatly enjoy non spicy food. Though I have a very wide pallete and eat things others consider odd like weeds danelion, lambs quarters, oxalis etc. 44, been this way most of my life and my taste buds still seem pretty fine.

White people food is often very simple, brown people food even when not hot usually has many different aromatic spices or ingredients.

Also you like what you typically eat (and typically digest) your mouth knows what it's eating and if it senses a lack of things your gut bacteria typically enjoy your body will hear about it.

It only "ruins" your taste buds because the more spiciness you eat, the more you get used to it and the stronger spiciness you will require to get the same kick. Saltiness and sweetness work the exact same way, so eat your peppers as much as you want, but remember to take a break from them every now and then.
