I do not want to be rude about it, but I do find the "whites can't handle spicy food" meme. Like it is true, but it's not because whites are less tough, as if how spicy you can eat food is a measure of toughness, as is often implied. But rather because white people have more tastebuds per unit area than their darker-skinned counterparts. It's why "white people never season their food" we do, just not to a point where a dish is ruined due to too much spice. And I guarantee if the average non-white person had the same tastebud frequency as a white person, those two people would react the same to a spice.

Also, a huge benefit of being white when it comes to handling spice is the ability to consume dairy without getting sick due to lactose intolerance. This isva luxury many non-white people do not have.

Dairy never bothered me despite all the stuff that says it's evil. I could probably eat a whole wheel of cheese. Actually try cheese with hot sauce, it's pretty good. I can't remember what kind of cheese but it was scotch bonnet hot sauce. Maybe some kind of cheddar or something? It comes in a red wax wedge from Costco.
