Because you can't trust butchers or food suppliers. Beef or chicken can have residue that WON'T be removed by cooking like dust, debris, chemical cleaning agents, cum, spit, etc. These can only be removed by washing the meat. The IT WILL CONTAMINATE THE SINK argument against washing is retarded, if you use knives or a cutting boards these WILL get contaminated anyway and will splash your sink with bacteria when you wash them.
So what's the point of NOT washing other than enjoying butchers cum on your meat?
