My Roomate only makes cheap mac & cheese. He doesn't even use milk or butter. He won't buy any other food stuff because lazy. Is he gonna die?

We are all gonna die someday, but while we are still young, our metabolic health is still usually relatively robust, and we can tolerate poor decisions surprisingly well. That said, I wish I ate better when I was younger, because I think I am paying for it now. For example, my eyesight was so bad by the time I graduated high school that I was considered legally blind without glasses.

Ok, melt butter in a sauce pan, then pour milk in the same amount on it, then grate cheese, dump a bunch of cornstarch on that cheddar and coat it entirely. good and white. Then add slowly and whisk, add slowly and whisk, and continue until you have a perfect cheese sauce, then add cooked elbow mac. That's perfect mac and cheese. adjust using milk and cheese as needed, keep it hot enough to break the long protein bonds.
