I want to order secret menu items from fast food joints, but the idea of making a fool of myself by ordering something they don't know prevents me from doing so.
What's your experience with secret menu items, whether ordering them or working in the industry itself?

Why do people do this? The real menu exists for a reason. It helps the workers actually know what you mean so they can get it to you quickly and with a decent chance of not fucking up.
If you want some alternative order just describe what modifications you want to a real menu item. Don't ask for some retarded pretend meme item using a made up name.

That's the appropriate response to give to these "secret menu" retards.
Why does everyone always want to complicate shit? It's fast food. The entire point is supposed to be running service assembly line style with very simple predetermined menu items that are built into the system and can be charged to the customer in a clear and consistent way that keeps data for inventory nice and transparent.
And why should the workers have to learn some made up bullshit imaginary menu you're trying to force-meme into existence? Just describe what you want if you want something modified. Don't use obnoxious meme names like "McGangbang."

Fuck off ketotard. The "direct correlation" is between CALORIES and obesity, and the US is far from unique in this regard e.g. 60% of the UK is overweight now.

>Twinkies. Nutty bars. Powdered donuts.
>For 10 weeks, Mark Haub, a professor of human nutrition at Kansas State University, ate one of these sugary cakelets every three hours, instead of meals. To add variety in his steady stream of Hostess and Little Debbie snacks, Haub munched on Doritos chips, sugary cereals and Oreos, too.
>His premise: That in weight loss, pure calorie counting is what matters most -- not the nutritional value of the food.
>The premise held up: On his "convenience store diet," he shed 27 pounds in two months.
>For a class project, Haub limited himself to less than 1,800 calories a day.
>His body mass index went from 28.8, considered overweight, to 24.9, which is normal.

How do you even begin to explain the UK having similar rates of weight problems to the US when you believe it's corn subsidies making Americans become fat through magic non-calorie based HFCS weight gain? Nowhere outside of the US has those same corn subsidies so that argument doesn't stand up to even the slightest bit of scrutiny.
