I dunno. I keep a bottle of it that I depleted down to about 2/3 then added a whole cup of crushed red peppers to it. I cut the tip of the nozzle off so it doesn't get blocked from the pepper flakes. Shit is amazing in some ramen with eggs poached in it. That said I won't really put it on anything except noodles because it just isn't good on most things.

in east asia there's a system of cooking where you mix four kinds of flavour: sweet, sour, spicy, and salt
for me the ("super hot") sriracha covers sweet and spicy so i just add that and soy sauce and lemon juice to my stir fry and wa la
i add other stuff as well obviously my point is sweet can be good on things besides desserts
