sunny side up is best if you want something quick
poached and medium boil are better, but take more time

>muh runny whites
you weren't complaining about swallowing salty white goop last night, but this is only an issue if you don't know how to cook an egg or are too busy sucking dick to learn

>low and slow sunny side up
gets rid of the runny whites
>water in the pan
also gets rid of the runny whites
>fat baste from bacon fat
option if you are eating a real meal

There, now you can enjoy eggs that are good without getting too much slimy white protein in your diet

Can eggs be frozen and stored? I want to buy one of those sixty packs but there's no way in hell I'd eat that quickly enough.

>> No.12762804

>>12762774
you can freeze eggs, but when you thaw them they aren't fully the same
better in recipes as ingrdients rather than any specific egg style

>> No.12762807

>>12762804
Shit. Well, alright.

Best way to store them long-term? For someone who wants to make a three-egg omelette every morning.

>> No.12762826

>>12762774
They don't freeze well, but things that you make with eggs do. Make cookies , breads, and cakes to freeze and you can eat the rest fresh.. I eat three every day at breakfast (cayenne, NoSalt & pepper)with a bagel .. and homemade, cold brewed, creamy iced coffee. Make omelets, fried rice, soufle, and even 'pasta-style' egg ribbons tossed with vegetables (basically roll up an omelette and slice it like fresh basil). A sixty pack lasts me less than three weeks.
