Lemon pepper wet and bottled Tiger Sauce are pretty good. A local place does an amazing smoky cajun. But lets get real, theres far more based wing sauces than there are bad ones. Its hard to go wrong unless its just some crummy bland buttery tobasco take on traditional "hot wing" sauce
