Went to our usual sushi place and decided to get something a bit different and got some fried chicken thing with rice, and soup and what not.

Got home with all our food, opened mine chicken was over cooked as fuck, left in the fryer way to long. I was more disappointed and just felt betrayed to be honest, not angry. I was upset and drove my ass back, demanded a cook to come out and try the food, manager was pissed, chef came out was angry as fuck, I got my full meal back for free and a free dinner as well.

When food is somewhat not right, I am OK with it, when it's busy or late I give allowances, but I've worked in the industry and know when something is fucked up, it means someone didn't give a rats ass and is working to just collect a pay, have fucking pride in your work.

Also that second video I would have walked off the line.

I'm the kind of guy that hates interacting and explaining things to people so much that I'd rather just throw the fucking sandwich in the trash and then never eat at the restaurant again. This is kind of unrelated, but a bit strange.

When I was still in high school, me and a couple of others drove down to maccas to get some lunch. So we ordered our stuff and drove back to the school, and I have no idea what the fuck they had actually wrapped up for me. The burger looked like literally nothing that was on the menu, and certainly not what I fucking ordered.

Was obviously in no position to complain since there was nothing I could do about it, and it tasted pretty nice.

I don't get angry with that stuff though. If they fuck up, I'll bring it to their attention and the order can be rectified. No big deal.

This lady I worked with would order Jimmy John's almost everyday. She would call and lie that they forgot an ingredient when nothing was missing, but would "oops, found the ingredient or oops maybe I didn't ask for it this time" after she called. She was getting about 1 free sandwich a week doing this. When she called one day with "forgotten ingredients" the owner told her that he personally made her sandwhich to her order and that she would not be receiving any more free sandwiches.

Not really the order, but I went to Pizza Hut near me to get a carryout order once, and the female nigger cashier 'Areia' asked me for a tip on the receipt.
I was absolute confounded. I'm a server/bartender myself and in my younger years spent years delivering pizza as well, and have never, ever asked for a tip - and she was so shameless.
I wrote a 0 on the tip line and gave her back the receipt. She went and walked around the kitchen pointlessly for 5 minutes while I saw my food sitting in the warmer, trying to be petty with me.

So I took my copy of the receipt and called the next day, talked to a manager, relayed the whole situation. If she'd have asked for the money but gracefully accepted that no one tips for carryout, I wouldn't have done anything, but that she felt like she had to "get back" at me for not handing her a free few dollars by making me wait..

She does not work there anymore. Never saw her again.

When I get a fucked order, I return it and explain the situation calmly and clearly. 100% of the time they correct the order immediately, no hassle.
