Whole milk mozzarella with Romano.
Hand-crushed San Marzano raw sauce on top because it tends to be watery. Standard electric oven at 500 degrees F.

This is not a hugbox, here you get criticism, not praise.
Looks too crusty. Both of them. Thats the kind of crust people leave behind on the plate. Also too saucy. If your sauce is thin, cook it until its reduced. That pizza screams heartburn to me.
