It gets a little lonely, ha-ha. I've sat in the Wendy's Family Restaurant drive-thru and ordered no-meat options with leaves rustling against my car and looking at the setting sun above the trees. When the window opens, you hear the banter escape and fill your sedan with life. They're all stupid in there and are covered in shit. the psychology is it's normal to socialize in a setting like that and if someone is by themselves it sends off alarm bells something possibly is wrong with them. it's a pretty basic human nature to notice things off in your surroundings. eating by yourself outside of maybe some fast food dump is not normal. its obviously not so abnormal to make an event of it, but you will take a note of it. it's innocuous and nobody but a complete faggot is going to stand up point at you and laugh but most will notice to some degree

Nonsense. You could be travelling and therefore lack the facilities to cook. I cook nearly every one of my meals from scratch because I enjoy cooking, but if I'm traveling for work that's right out. It also could simply be that you want to try out a new place that your friends might not care to visit, or are unable to make it at that moment.

I'm going to be hitting up an upscale taco joint tomorrow for lunch. I want to see how they cook their Carne Asada. I'll be going alone so I can sit at the bar and be in a better position to watch them grill the meat, plus it's easier to flirt with the QT waitress without friends around.

Put on a business suit and a briefcase, pretend like you're on a business trip. Alternatively create a costume and a fake identity for when you want to eat alone. Practice a different accent(there's youtube vids you can watch) and maybe change your posture and body language. It's really advantageous to flesh out your background too, so you have some stories to tell. Your background should obviously be reflected in your costume also. Remember to not skimp on wigs or fake facial hair

I do it all the time. I spend 75% of my life traveling. I'm not gonna lock myself in a hotel room out of shame and fear of eating alone. Especially when the company is paying for it. And I always tip extra well because I know servers groan when they get stuck with a table with just 1 person.
