I just made a vegan stew on a lazy Wednesday afternoon. Good luck finding the time to do that, wagie. Spinnach Orange Yam Soup on page 27 of ExtraVeganZa by Laura Mathias. The version I made is a bit different than the one in the book

ingredient | amount
>yam 1 whole
>onion 1 whole
>hemp oil 100 ml
>potatoes 250 g
>carrots 250 g
>navel oranges 2 whole
>blueberries 100 g
>spinach 200 g
>turmeric 100 g
>water 1 L
>oatmeal 250 ml

Caramelize the yam and the onion in the bottom of the pot first, with oil, and then add the litre of water. It works faster if you boil it in a kettle first. Chop up the big stuff, stick it in, and then chop up the little stuff and stick it in. Add the oatmeal, the rest of the oil, and turn the heat down to low and leave it for a few hours. I haven't had any yet but it smells quite nice.

Enjoy your ramen and your cardboard sandwich you eat at your desk so your massa doesn't "discipline" (read: abuse) you in your wagetower, wagie. I think I'm going to have a nap, beat off, and then play some more vidya until my soup is ready in ~4 hours. Remember, you will always be a wagecuck.

Your pencil pushing or toilet cleaning "skills" aren't really that useful either in the grand scheme of things

This soup was *really* good. Quarter 2 oranges, dice the skin, and add it to a 1 L stew. Flavour heaven.

I could make this easily before going to work. Caramelize the yam and onion, leave the rest in a slow cooker on lowest heat, and have hot, fresh soup when I come home and still have time to make myself something for the next day.
You people who sleep all day are disgusting.

The problem with hemp is that the omegas in it are ALA fats which convert into very low quantities of DHA which is the true omega 3 our body uses. Your better off just using monounsaturated/saturated fat oils
