Yeah, I hate how today's keto brainwashed /ck/ anons always try to argue ketchup is bad because it's so sugary / sweetly flavored when the vinegar component is, BY FAR, the dominant contriburing factor to ketchup's overall flavor.
Take out the sugar and it will still taste an awful lot like regular ketchup. Take out the vinegar and you won't be left with anything resembling ketchup flavor.
