The pic is a wet burrito which has cheese and enchilada sauce on top. You can order them without those things at just about any place that serves them. Taco = meat/cheese/veg inside and either a crispy or soft wrapping. Burrito = same ingredients but usually also has beans or rice (or both) inside as well.
