ITT: why chorizo con huevos is the ideal human food

Not a huge fan of the cheap crumbly chorizo meant for breaking up into a pan. I eat the properly-encased stuff for breakfast pretty often though. It's good sausage.

Those are the only lines I can complain about, there’s definitely more food necessary than just chorizo con huevo bc I would feel like shit after eating it for too long, and cooking it in a microwave or eating it when hungover is a recipe for disaster.

Anyone ITT who says chorizo is too high in fat and is a greasy mess is obviously not spic pilled.

The trick is to partially cook the chorizo alone, rendering most of the fat into liquid, and then to either remove the liquid with a physical filter or soak it up with a paper towel. Then you add eggs.
