there is nothing nutritious about oxalate and goitrigen ridden rabbit food, that is just shat out the way it went in. Do you think your body can do fucking anything with leaves? Just because chronometer says it has x amount of nutrients doesn't mean that's what you are absorbing. the nutrients are not even forms available to the human body (or, barely but only after converting them).

are you naturally attracted to eating these 'foods'? When you are hungry do you crave raw fucking kale? With no oil or seasoning?

in my country kale is a supplementary food for ruminant livestock

I'm not saying don't eat these things, just that the idea that they are healthy or nutritious is completely wrong. humans are not fucking leaf eaters

Add any combination of carrots, celery, cucumber, red onion, tomato, mushrooms, avocado, radish or turnip, raisins, clementines, pineapple, peppers, brussel sprouts, grapes or apple. Some lean meat or protein would be good, try some beans in there or even fresh, raw or cooked salmon.
