I bought some USDA choice ribeyes from the store. How should I tenderize them?

Let it reach near room temp.
Salt pepper and some olive oil.
Toss on hot grill
Make sure its still raw in the center and you are good

I wouldn't tenderize them. If I were cooking a ribeye, I'd just do it in a pan with olive oil, butter, salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic.
