There's that horrible video where he puts like half a cup of Bertoli™ butter into fucking CARBONARA. He's part of Jamie Olivers posse so it's not surprising that he's shit.

Now his partner Antonio Carluccio seems more genuine and his recipes are decent from what I've seen.
