anybody have some good recipies to make eggs a little more exciting? i usually eat 4 eggs scrambled with some form of bbq sauce on top with toast pb and could use a little variation to keep things interesting

Just learn to make various breakfast burritos. You'll get more protein, rarely bored of them, and have something to eat on the go. I usually make one before walking to work in the morning, or wrap up to bike to work and eat.

anyway I eat scrambled eggs with some soy sauce added, they go together very well IMO. I know Japanese add it to raw egg.

I mix hot sauce, bbq sauce, veggies and meats BEFORE scrambling. This is KEY

I scramble them with a little butter and a fist full of chopped spring onion, add S&P just before done.
Plate and put a bunch of rocket leaves on top
Saute' some mushrooms and cherry tomatoes halved with a pinch of salt
Serve ontop of the eggs, Garnish with a tbsp Sour Cream and chopped parsley

You can put whatever you want in there really, cubed potato, avocado, bacon, sausage, red onion, capsicum etc

Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, dill, and a little white pepper.
The trick is adding nothing to the beaten eggs, add all the ingredients and a slug of single cream just before the eggs set, serve them soft on toast with butter and coffee.
