If I make my steamed vegetables in the morning and put them in a food container until lunchtime, how much nutrition do they lose compared to making my steamed vegetables at lunchtime and eating them straightaway? Is it neglibile?

That much? I thought it much just be of the order of 10 to 20%. Where can I find more information about this? The results I can find about nutritional spoilage of vegetables refer to preservation before cooking, not after it.
