I don't usually explicitly warm mine up but I would definitely say ideal temp is somewhere between fridge and room temp

With strong beers I generally find myself drinking them slowly enough that I do not really consider the initial temp much

Occasionally, though the vast majority of the cheap beer market is low ABV stuff, and the high ABV cheap stuff "Malt Liquor" generally isn't marketed as beer at all (though it technically is). Malt content, the driver of ABV is also one of the primary ingredient costs (especially in macro beer with almost no hops, in stuff like NEIPA the hops can actually approach the malt in cost), so the profit margin on Budweiser is smaller than Bud Light, which is why the macros put all of their marketing force behind light stuff after Miller invented it in the 80s

PBR is by far not the cheapest beer near me, although Bud isn't the cheapest either. Cheap is less than fiddy cents a can, I can barely get PBR for lessn a buck.

Its been years since I was buying 30 racks of cheap beer, but PBR was always cheaper than the flagship light beers. I usually went High Life myself but it seemed the stuff that was even cheaper than these was really fucking bad like Red Dog

PBR and High Life are about on par for price. Cheapest near me are the Natties, such as it were. $13-14 for a thirty of light or ice, they're generally the same price.
