What the hell is this absolute babble? Roast beef is a slice of cooked meat. At absolute worst, it has some fat on the outside (which you're supposed to remove) and potentially too much salt. It's roasted meat. It's not 'processed' beyond being sliced with a machine, it isn't like a hamburger where the mince can be and is filled with extra fat and filler and then fried in more fat.
