This food item is very "iffy".
Most often its going to suck. Cheap, stringy, tough, gristley meat, that's hard to chew and you feel like spitting out that part. Thats your average country fried "steak".
However, when made with GOOD meat, and proper preparation, its godlike. Sadly, this happens very rarely.
Its just not an item you can order with confidence. You just don't know if you are going to get a gem, or a turd. Its a big gamble. The turd is the most likely outcome.
