Nothing too exotic. Goat, bison, venison, fried gator tail. Probably the weirdest was this weird Chinese "meatball" my boss made me try that had the exact consistency I would expect an eyeball to have. The worst part about it is the oils that leech into every part of the mouth and how quickly it dissolves, like you barely can swallow or spit it out before it melts.
