Nuts and Berries Granola would be nice. Or, maybe proton shakes.
The thing is however that most food trucks have to put up with every local competition just about anywhere they go. I'd need something light and universal that's good for just about any meal, any time of day.

So I guess that means a bar. I could do mixed drinks.

The iced tea is served on tap. Cold as fuck. Just buy a cup and pour your own ratio of ice (crushed iced) and tea. The tea would rotate between fruit oolongs and hibiscus teas.
Churros of course would be served with dulce de leche.
Only open for as long as tea and churros are available. Once its all sold out, I'm gone.

Chili. Also chilidogs and I guess regular hotdogs since I already have them. Maybe even chili on spaghetti if I can meme it hard enough.

I would have 5 different types of chili. Mild, medium, hot, chicken, and vegan. Chicken and Vegan would come at a level between mild and medium heat (because people who order those would be women and soiboys). Once every couple months I would make a special batch of hell chili and wear a devil costume while serving it.

For anyone wondering yes I would have beans in my chili, not because I believe in it, but because I would make more money with all that low cost filler.

This isn't a bad idea. There's a sweet and savory crepe place in the MOA that's always got customers, always. The front is fuck tiny and there's a few small tables out front to eat there but most people walk around with them because they're no where near the food court and there's no seating.

Assuming it's still there, I haven't been there in half a decade. No reason it shouldn't be.

I honestly feel like this would be successful.

Hand pies.

>Rotating seasonal menu
>Served toasty hot
>Sweet and savory
>Carne and Veg

Now here's the trick, forget the food truck meet up shit where you compete with the other trucks in some parking lot. You sell the pies at a reasonable price, use a cart not a truck, and you get a vendor deal to do it right on a college campus...if not there then on the sidewalk right outside a major entrance to one.

How often were you running late to class, no time for a real breakfast. Or in-between classes no time to sit and eat. Snatch a hand pie on the go, wrapped to keep warm. It's like selling fancy hot pockets without the revolting sauce and excessive cheese.

Also work some nights catching the kids leaving clubs.

The cart means less overhead, the product is adaptable to ingredient availability, and everything can be prepared ahead of time.

Running a food truck costs money out the ass, but you ever think about how much cash that Mexican guy selling ghetto dogs outside the venue makes? What's his cost a propane tank and some Costco dogs?

I've often felt like I'd love to have a portable Pho shop. I could hire a few little Vietnamese grandmas to make me a giant pot of broth the night before, swing by in my truck and pick it up and pay them and see them the next morning for a fresh batch.

I'd keep it piping hot and offer a discount for any customer that brought their own bowl. (Less cost and cleanup for me.)

I'd call the truck/company, "Vietnomnomnom".
