I read a blurb about it. It is cheap bread and cheese, but real butter. I hope the guy does well. The world needs a grilled cheese nazi food truck. People are such whiny assholes now that they'd ask for all kinds of ridiculous accommodations from a guy making only one simple product with no variations. Very rarely.
My apartment complex has "Food Truck Fridays", where every Friday they get a different food truck to come in the evening for 2 hours. The first time I tried to go, the truck was already out of food after an hour. Then, the next few were foods I wasn't really interested in, and now they just keep rotating the same trucks, so it's boring.
Usually, I eat from food trucks if they happen to be where I am, and I'm starving, which doesn't seem to happen that much. Or at festivals.
