Ayyy, welcome to my city! The obvious recommendation for what to eat, is obviously the salmon. We work very hard to keep the salmon run healthy and well populated with hatcheries and laws and regulations for water pollution and shit like that, so I would very much recommend you snag yourself a big slab of salmon and have some of that. Dungeness crabs are also sort of a specialty of the area, and they are sweet and meaty and there's a little bar called "Thrashers sports pub" in northern seattle/shoreline area that has Monday night all you can eat for $20 and it's wonderful.

If you have a lot of money, I would recommend a fancy brunch on Sundays at a place called "the palisades". Some of the finest and freshest seafoods you can imagine. It's expensive, but it's totally worth it.

There's TONS of good conveyor belt sushi joints. Usually pretty cheap, starting at $1.50 a plate. It's a fun place to take friends or a date. There's lots and lots of authentic ramen AND pho shops around town too. Highly recommend those. They're all good.

The wine and beer culture is big here as well, so make sure to pick up a few bottles to wash everything down with.

Lastly, the original star bucks is downtown in pike place and it's the only location in the world where you can buy cups or coffee with the original logo which has mermaid tiddies!

Most restaurants in Seattle are trash unless they’re Asian. Go to Bluefin or if you’re willing to make the trip go to Feast Buffet. It’s $36 a person at both but you get unlimited shit like lobster and they have decent dim sum.

Gorditos - decent mission style burrito place
Hot Pot King - where I have to go now to get spicy food, costs too much
Ba Bar - if you enjoy paying too much for pho, pick this meme place, tastes good though
Emerald City Fish & Chips - you'll get glares if you come here as a cracka, but its pretty good

Your best bet is to probably just hit up rando asian restaurants in areas with fewer white people. Almost anything recommended to tourists is guaranteed shit or guaranteed to rape your wallet. Dick's sucks if you want a greasy burger go find a lil' woody's, at least it tastes kinda good
