Ha. I don't remember the sealed packets looking like that. But here was the breading procedure as best as I can remember: mix the seasoning with flour, put the chicken in water, toss the chicken in the seasoned flour, put the chicken in cages, and put in the deep friar for 15 minutes or whatever.

The extra crispy chicken had a shallow friar.
