Former working homeless, when I was sleeping in my car in Walmart and IHOP parking lots and saving up for down payment on an apartment I could definitely not afford McDonald's. I lived on ramen noodle soupd I heated up in the break room, ate half at lunch, and put the other half in my thermos for dinner, Vienna sausages, and sandwiches made of peanut butter and past-the-expiration-date Nutella I scavenged from a dumpster. The Nutella was a godsend.

I showered at the gym and worked out regularly there, I worked at BJ'S brewhouse during the day and enjoyed free food from work when I felt like having a big ass meal or a carbo load before a super high volume day, and I washed my clothes at the laundry mat. on top of all that I was able to get a library card and constantly study and hangout at the library and public parks where I would cook food I kept in my cooler, some great homeless foods to eat that require no prep are canned chili, sardines, cup noodles, apples, peanut butter sandwiches, smoked oysters, canned tuna, and so much other shit also any gas station will let you make cup ramen or any other microwavable food at any time of day, which is also where I would shit or I would shit at Kroger which is also where I would sleep in my car if I didn't park at the gym. desu tho anon living in my car in below zero weather taught me something, that being homeless is only as awful as you make it, and only retards let themselves waste away in that scenario. Tbh i was in the best shape of my life physically and mentally up to that point.
