never did meth, But... opioids make you diarrhea proof so you can eat whatever and not have to worry. Now for drinking you don't really want food because it just soaks up your alcohol and makes it take longer to get drunk again but if you're head is pounding to much to even considering drinking more, try chicken broth its full of electrolytes and won't load up your stomach so you're good to get back to drink as soon as you feel up to it. If you don't plain on drinking any more fried chicken is the way to go hands down

This, slam the calories in fast food with some minutemade or something before and during the bender to make the hangover less bad. Then soup and salad during the hangover itself from the grocery deli.

I did meth once, was up all night, and just did a couple lines of coke before going into school the next morning. After typing that out I realize I'm probably not the best person to be giving an answer to this question.
