Being a good alcoholic cook is turning a bunch of nothing into a good, delicious meal, while using alcohol as a main ingredient. For instance, I work at a brewery. I also used to be a butcher, and I've worked in a deli and liquor store. I cooked a whole Turkey in an hour or less while absolutely trashed by breaking it down, throwing random seasonings at it, and adding an 8.2% ipa. I made mashed potatoes, buttered peas, and honey glazed carrots for sides. No timers, just slumped on the ground and got up every 2 or 3 beers. I impressed my roommate and friends cuz they only saw me eat ramen.
