for me, its the omelet.

Really though, the quality in eggs is so easily identifiable. I don't agree with the treatment of hens for laying or meat in factory farms but my biggest gripe with their products are the byproducts and quality. I understand not everyone can own hens but I really recommend it if you have the ability to make it happen
